Insurance and Billing Information
In addition to the list of health insurance plans, Seattle Pain Relief also accepts MVA claims, Third-Party Medical Lien patients with attorney representation, L&I claims, and VA referrals. If you don’t see your insurance provider listed on this page, don’t worry. Please contact us for a complete list of the insurances we accept.
Depending on your insurance, you might need a physician referral for pain treatment. To find out If you need a referral, please contact your insurance company, or give us a call.
Don’t have insurance? Our goal is to provide our patients with the best possible care, even if you’re not covered. If you don’t have health insurance, please call us today to discuss self-pay options.
